It's been several months since I paid for my items, and I haven't gotten them yet. I've sent emails but got no response. Just stay away from this seller.

Don't count on any help if they mess up your order. They shipped my stuff to a totally different state, and I was informed that the tracking info was wrong and to just wait it out. When I checked back after 3 weeks, Matt wouldn’t give me a refund. Plus, their contact email info-slabcitycomics.com is a total dead end. I sent 3 emails and got no reply. They didn’t suggest an exchange or anything to fix the issue. I was told to take it up with my credit card company. You should get your comics from a reliable place like Forbidden Planet London Megastore, where they actually care about their customers. Slab clearly doesn’t give a hoot about customer service.

I had my eye on this item for some time, and when I found it on this site at a price that looked good, I couldn't resist. I'll surely shop here again; it arrived nicely packaged and in excellent shape. Definitely worth the cash!

Two weeks back, I set up to return a damaged comic for a refund. I mailed it off and then attempted to reach out to them after a few days to check if they got the item and to ask how long the refund process would take. Since sending it back, I haven’t been able to get in touch with them at all; I’ve tried emailing, using their website, and even calling.
